PacifiCap Property Management has an immediate opening and is seeking a customer service minded individual to be our Assistant Property Manager. This person will have in depth Project Based Section 8 experience, as well as Section 42 Tax Credit, leasing, and property management. This position will ‘assist’ the Site Manager in managing our apartment community complex in Albuquerque, NM.
