Inky Elf, a growing printing and graphic design company located in the city of Ramsey, has an immediate opening for a Creative Office Assistant, critical to helping maintain work flow and a great customer experience. This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible weekday hours in a friendly environment and the possibility of advancement and /or transitioning into full-time. Key Responsibilities vary each day and include, but are not limited to: • Creating a great customer experience through phone, email and in-person contact • Graphic Design Preparation in Adobe Creative Suite • Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time • Assisting the team with important, Light Production Tasks, as needed • Helping to maintain a neat, organized environment Skills and Qualifications: • Organization Skills • Sharp Eye for Detail • Efficient Work Practices • Good Customer Interaction Skills • Ability to Take Direction • ** Experience using the ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE is REQUIRED. ** • A Basic Understanding of Print Production is preferred, but not required This is an in-office position - no remote access work is available.
