Garage attendant for private condominium Time Slot Needed: Evening shifts (3:30pm-11:30pm), and weekend daylight (7:30am-3:30pm) shifts available. You also must be able to work on company holidays at time and a half rate. Pay rate: $18.00 Job Description: We are currently looking for part-time garage attendants for a private upscale condominium in Oakland, PA 15213. The shifts we need covered are 1-3 evening shifts 3:30pm until 11:30pm, and weekend daylights 7:30am until 3:30pm. For the evening shifts you can pick any 1-3 shifts Monday through Sunday. We make set schedules so please let us know what days work for you. Other duties include the following: -Parking resident cars in their designated spots. This is a small one level garage. -Cleaning your assigned garage section. -Clearing the driveway of leaves and or snow when applicable. -Monitoring the building security cameras. -Locking/unlocking the main doors at a designated time. -Load and unload resident vehicles daily to a shopping cart. Must be able to pick up 50 pound packages or luggage for residents. -Perform building trash duties on weekends for additional pay. (daylight only) -If emergency services come let them into the building. -Perform any other additional tasks requested by management in relation to your job. Requirements: -A valid PA driver’s license. -You must be able to pass a criminal background check. -You must be able to perform all aspects of the job mentioned above. I am in the office Monday through Friday from 7:30am-3:00pm. Please let me know what date and time within my listed time frame you would be able to stop by for an interview. You will need to bring two forms of ID with one of those being your current driver’s license.

Our long-term vision is not only to meaningfully reduce the trauma and suffering caused by scarcity for Philadelphia's most vulnerable populations, but, along with best-of-class social services and government partners, to break the cycle of poverty, homelessness and hunger in Philadelphia. POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Relations Specialist will provide a hospitable welcome to staff and stakeholders. Guest Relation Specialist supports operations throughout the day by managing the flow of guests coming in and out of the building from service to service and keeping an eye on the safety and well-being of all that are in the building. Guest Relation Specialist is often the first responders to crisis and escalation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Learn about and practice radical hospitality, trauma aware tactics, person centered crisis support and restorative boundary setting for de-escalation team and wider BSL team. ● Communicate with different social service and restorative service team members about their safety and program flow needs ● Work as a team in implementing new workflow as it relates to operational protocols, evaluate safety procedures and work with team on improving work environment ● Monitor for safety, escalation, wellness needs through ongoing attempts at rapport building and observation of guests, volunteers, staff and other stakeholders ● Maintain record of guests who need special de-escalation related accommodations ● Support planning to develop de-escalation strategies for creative and person-centered interventions ● Maintain accurate records of incidents that occur in the building including altercations, medical and behavioral health crisis that resulted in interventions both in house and or calling external support teams ● Provide hospitable welcome and support to everyone in the building such as volunteers, partners and other constituents ● Work alongside all program teams in communicating about guests’ needs as they arise ● Provide support and safety to the team on the hygiene truck during weekly distributions to ensure order and manage the flow of community participants, as needed. ● Provide support and safety to the Outreach team during neighborhood visits, as needed ● Provide context to wider team about guests needs, patterns of behavior, population flow and changes to trends among the community ● Ability to work overtime for occasional special events (scheduled in advance) ● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
