We are now seeking a skilled editor to create a revised master cut that refines pacing, strengthens narrative flow, and enhances overall presentation for future distribution opportunities. Responsibilities: Review and assess the current completed cut. Collaborate closely with the director to restructure segments where needed. Refine pacing, transitions, and sound for clarity and engagement. Deliver a polished, festival-ready master cut. Qualifications: Proven experience editing feature-length documentaries or interview-driven films. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.
