SUMMARY: The Material Handler II receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following duties. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

Your day-to-day tasks include: • Operating lifts, debarker, band mill, gang saw, trimmer, and other equipment. • Following proper operating procedures for all machinery. • Welding and performing routine maintenance on equipment. • Operating wood and gas boilers. • Assisting other operators and changing gang saws and blades. • Using computer skills to report production or maintenance needs. • Performing daily inspections and reporting unsafe conditions. • Wear required protective equipment and follow safety procedures at all times. • Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately. • Ensure all machinery and welding operations are handled safely and responsibly. Depending on mutual interest and business needs, this may convert to a full-time position in January. You will be working in our Production and Post-Production Team to prep, pour, clean, label, and pack our candles. The ideal teammate will have attention to small details and is able to perform repetitive tasks at an acceptable pace and maintain quality. The job is rewarding, but also requires a lot of manual labor, so these individuals should be able to stand on their feet 8 hours per day, lift 50 lb boxes throughout the day, and work with their hands.
