Description

Hey y'all! I'm hiring for ongoing writing work. **The Stats** This is a 16hr/wk (four four-hour shifts per week) commission-based gig with room to grow, most of the team takes home between $900-$1200/mo. (It's not the best rate, I know, but we're still growing and I am always looking to give people more paid work when they're available for it and have completed training.) We pay at the beginning of every month. This is a contractor/1099 role. You have to be an American citizen because I do not have the time or energy to figure out how to pay someone in another country, sorry. I don't care where you physically are (the moon?!) but you have to be a US citizen and, obviously, over 18. **The Role** OnlyFans (and other sites) chatter! This role does not show your face. You do not make content. You are a sales representative for another person, selling their content. You chat with the fans. You sell content to the fans. You sext with the fans. You listen to the fans’ problems. You receive dick pics from the fans and you coo or insult depending on what the fan indicates they prefer. You post the dick pic in the company Slack and say “look, this dude has Seinfeld on in the background!” and then someone is like “that’s my favorite episode!!” and then the Slack starts arguing about Seinfeld or whatever and shit gets wild. You will undergo paid training for 1-3 months before you are released into the wild. There is almost always someone around to assist you, guide you, or answer questions, even after you complete training. **About Us** We're a boutique OnlyFans (and other sites) management agency. What that means is that we help our clients develop their fan site presence in a way that truly represents and respects their brand. We're about ethical chatting, boundaries, and being decent human beings in a really shitty portion of the adult industry (management companies are, for the uninformed, generally incredibly predatory and poorly run). Our team is a group of super solid people collected almost solely through Craigslist ads like this one over the last three years. We hired two more people in April (again, thanks Craigslist!) and they're amazing but, once again, our workload is getting to the point where we need to add another person or I may actually keel over at my desk and then my husband will be sad. We are a group of nerds, reject goths, non-reject goths, queer, tattoo'd, pierced, and largely socialist folks. While this is my company, I run it more like a chatting co-op--we're a democracy, not a monarchy. Everyone's opinion has value. Two of us have Masters in English (I'm one of them!), I used to do a ton of freelance writing, which is why I'm posting here instead of... in Sales or something. Language matters. Paying writers matters. **About You** I don't care about experience using OnlyFans (or any of the sites). I care that you're (a) not a shithead and (b) have really good casual sentence structure and can take on different voices. So apply if you... --can spell and write in complete sentences! --have empathy! --are fluent in English! --are comfortable with sex in all of its forms! --are willing to textually put an eggbeater in someone’s [censored] while you [censored] off with a rubber chicken while they squawk and plead for Mother Hen to punish them. --are able to go “omg, you have the most peeny peen imaginable baby, it’s so sexy!” when someone sends you a picture of their peen and it looks like a sad, run-over, neon pink road cone. (the wrong response would be: WTF HAPPENED TO YOUR DICK, DUDE) --are looking for a job that will last for a long while and not just a few months! --have a flexible schedule! If you aren’t sure you’re a fit, email us a little about yourself, attach your resume (if you have one), tell us why you think you might be a good fit AND INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS*. If we think you’d be a potential good fit, we’ll tell you to fill out the application on the site (below). If you read this ad and were like OMG THIS IS PERFECT, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, you can apply on the website (still below). Apply here: https://bonerghosts.com/chatter-application/ This application is long because I need to get a sense of who you are, how you write, and make sure you're a good personality fit for the team. Please be yourself--it's too much work to pretend to be someone else. If you sound like you're a good fit, I'll email you by the end of this week to set up an interview. *CL will likely take down this ad despite it being posted by a real person with a real legal company that pays taxes and all that because we live in a puritanical nation that shames and endangers anyone who dares work in the sex industry. So if you are using the email relay service and my ad gets taken down, I can't respond to you unless you also include your email because the relay will also be taken down. Yay.
