Description

Responsible for the timely and cost-effective performance of the Arcata store location. Provides operational oversite and support services for all Operations Departments. Directs and supervises Assistant Store Managers and all Operations Department Heads, providing training and professional development. Works with Director of Operations to establish and maintain systems and standard operating procedures for all departments including ordering, merchandising, inventory control, receiving, storing, stocking and removal of products, as well as systems for providing excellent customer experience. Manages the safety and security of staff and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
