Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Education: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking. • Proven experience working with various project management methodologies • Experience with ConnectWise Manage is preferred but not required Certifications: • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification is a plus. • ITIL certification is beneficial.
