Description

A custom metal fabrication company located in Gardena, is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Driver. This position combines warehouse operations with deliveries of metal inventory and fabricated metal products to construction job sites using a stakebed truck. Responsibilities: • Operate forklift safely to move, load, and unload metal sheets, inventory, and fabricated products • Pick, pack, receive, ship, and track orders accurately • Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment • Safely drive stakebed truck to deliver materials and products to job sites (Class C license required) • Complete vehicle inspections and follow all road safety procedures • Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and customers in a professional manner Qualifications: • At least 2 years forklift operating experience (current forklift license required) • At least 2 years driving experience with a stakebed truck • Valid CA Class C driver license with clean MVR • Able to lift 25 lbs and meet physical demands of the role • HS diploma or GED required • Must be 21+ and able to pass a drug test • Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus) Compensation & Benefits: • Starting pay: $23–$25/hr DOE • Full-time, steady schedule • Health, dental • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off + paid holidays • Growth opportunities within a stable, long-established company
