I am looking for someone who: 1. Has basic knowledge of building components. 2. Meet at different residential homes and commercial properties to accompany the home owner/property owner during their insurance company inspection. 3. You will arrive at property addresses to meet with adjusters, contractors, engineers, etc. 4. You will take some photographs of the damage and note what the insurance company's expert does and does not do while on-site. You will provide an email with your photos and inspection notes. 5. Jobs span all of Georgia. 6. Each job takes between 1-4 hours, but typically about 1-2 hours. 7. Pay is $125 per inspection facilitation. Ultimately, you are meeting the insurance company expert at a property. You will show them the damages to the property. You will send a short report of the inspection and photos. You will not be doing any labor or repairs. Must be able and willing to: 1. Get on roofs 2. Meet insurance company experts on-time 3. Send a paragraph about what happened during the inspection, along with some photos of the inspection

Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it.
