WAREHOUSE WORKER/DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION: Immediate opening in our Customer Service/Distribution Department. Work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. PAY RATE AND BENEFITS: Pay rate depends on experience. This is a full-time position with employer-paid benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance; 401k/profit sharing; paid holidays and paid vacation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for receiving incoming products, shipping outgoing customer orders, picking up and delivering items to local customers and suppliers, and assisting customers. This includes but is not limited to the following: Assists customers in person and by phone; processes customer orders; delivers customer orders either by company vehicle or shipping via UPS, Federal Express, common carrier, etc.; checks in incoming materials; restocks product bins. Responsible for maintenance schedule for company vehicles (oil changes, car wash, etc). Responsible for keeping warehouse and parking lot in a clean and orderly condition (this includes sweeping, dusting, mopping, emptying trash cans). EXPERIENCE: Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience is required. Knowledge of fluid processing products such as pipe, valves and fittings is helpful. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work well with customers, suppliers and other staff members. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to drive a forklift and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis. Computer experience required and must be familiar with software such as Office 365 and Quickbooks. Must be available to work occasional overtime. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to operate a forklift. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Seeking an individual with fabrication experience manufacturing miscellaneous steel products such as ornamental handrails, guardrails, stairs & ladders including the fabrication of structural materials such as columns, beams, braces, and brackets. Along with shop fabrication, you will need to assist with an occasional onsite installation involving the ability to work with drills and drivers to install fasteners such as lag screws and expansion bolts. Most all projects are located in the Boise area with little or no travel required Position requires the knowledge to operate ironworkers, punches, bandsaws, grinders, sanders including the ability to read blueprints and accurately measure and cut materials to the required specifications. An individual with stick welding qualifications and certification would be a favorable candidate. Position requires some physical work but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching. May require lifting of 75 lb. or more on occasion. Welder certification may be required for any SMAW, FCAW & GMAW welding. Wage depending on your experience & qualifications. Paid Vacations, Simple IRA program contributions. Wage per hour DOE
