Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense. Not be afraid or to good to pull weeds occasionally. As far as swimming pool maintenance, that and a few other things can be learned along the way.

Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns). Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees.
