Clackamas, OR Temp-to-Hire Multiple Schedules Growth & Training Open Roles & Shifts Position Pay Schedule / Shift Notes Forklift Driver – Line $21/hr 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 rotation) Night shift; fast-paced line support Forklift Driver – Dock $21/hr Fri–Tue, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Day shift; shipping/receiving Forklift Driver – Dock $21/hr Wed–Sun, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Day shift; shipping/receiving Production Technician $21/hr 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 rotation) Night shift; line operations Sanitation Technician $19/hr Wed–Sat, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Day shift; plant/equipment sanitation Sanitation Technician $19/hr Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Day shift; plant/equipment sanitation Production Technician — What You’ll Do Run/monitor production equipment safely with quality in mind Observe line operations; adjust speed/flow; stop/reset for issues Follow GMPs, complete line paperwork accurately Flag and help troubleshoot deviations with the team Sanitation Technician — What You’ll Do Clean/sanitize equipment, conveyors, floors & work areas Perform CIP/COP, pressure washing, and pasteurizer cleaning Work to SOPs/GMPs; document sanitation tasks Support multiple departments under time-sensitive windows You’re a Strong Fit If You Have Recent experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or sanitation Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods Solid attendance and a safety-first mindset Willingness to learn equipment and follow SOPs/GMPs Perks (Client-Side Upon Conversion) Health benefits & 401(k) match Generous PTO & paid holidays Training, growth, and stable schedules Ready to apply?
