You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting. Southwest Patrol is currently seeking an unarmed guard to provide coverage to one of its housing locations in the City of Hawthorne. The site entails conducting regular interior and exterior tours of the site by means of walking. This guard will be responsible for the enforcement of removing loiters and trespassers, reporting indents such as vandalism and maintenance issues. Hi All! Our little bagel shop in Albany continues growing! We want to continue providing the best experience and quality of food possible so we are looking to add to our team of sandwich makers. For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in fast paced work environments, ideally someone who has worked with food in the past, in any capacity. We will train and are happy to do so, but the learning curve is much easier with a little experience. Shifts start at 6am and end at 2:30pm. You will help with morning prep until we open at 7:30, then we take on the orders of the day, at 1:30pm we close and collectively clean up the shop for the day. Hella Bagels has been open since March '24 and before that was a delivery and pop up business since March 2020. We take a lot of pride in the work we do, the quality we uphold, and the emphasis we have on being a place of community, one that welcomes all, and is a safe space.
