$30 an Hour with Opportunity for Wage Rated Work - Earn Up to $75 an Hour Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations that meet client specifications while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental metal. Measure and mark locations for fence posts and panels accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Perform heavy lifting as required during installation processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct site preparations including concrete forming and finishing as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. Assist with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as required. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry is essential. Familiarity with frame carpentry, welding, masonry, and assembly techniques is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience with concrete forming and finishing is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
