Coordinate Guest Service Agents’ work by prioritizing and delegating tasks to completion and act as a point of escalation when Manager is unavailable . Assist with training and mentorship of Guest Service Agent. . Work alongside other Guest Service Agent, taking ownership of issues and ensuring they are completed to the highest degree without supervision . Be the face of The Broome, and make a great first impression on our guests, visitors, and all internal and external partners. . Guide guests through The Broome experience, ensuring they are able to make the most out of their stay . Assist Hotel leadership with any administrative tasks required to keep all operations running smoothly . Flex to support the back-of-house/ Guest Service Agent team on a day-to-day basis as needs arise through housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues . Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back of house working spaces including lobbies, office, storage closets, Café and others What we are looking for . Personable, guest-centric, and positive; you love speaking with others in person and via phone, email, and chat . Excellent problem solving skills, with the desire to “get it done” for our guests . Strong computer literacy and writing skills and comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications . Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented . Flexible schedule and open to working weekends and holidays . Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time . Wanted Experienced dishwasher/prep Ensure cleanliness of plates, silverware and glassware • Clean, rinse and sanitize according to company policy • Assist the staff as needed, help to prep when needed . • Mop floors, take out the trash, handle restroom cleanliness and other cleaning tasks • Assist with beginning of shift and end of shift side work • Assist with any deep cleans as needed/scheduled • Ability to stand for extended periods of time must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to work fast, effectively and stay focused under pressure must be able to work full time 6 days a week , Tuesday to Sunday.
