Required Skills + Experience: - Minimum 2 years management experience in a high volume kitchen. - A genuine ability to train, develop, and motivate others - natural leadership ability. - Kitchen systems focused in a corporate environment. - Works well in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills, both written and oral. - Ability to problem-solve effectively. - Excellent organizational skills. - Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail. - Demonstrate a professional attitude and foster a fun and collaborative environment. - Able to use Microsoft Office and other required computer programs. - Flexible schedule availability.
