POSITION DETAILS: The recipient of this bartending position will work within our extensive food and beverage operation, encompassing both the Prime Steakhouse Grill 225 and the outdoor rooftop bar, the Pavilion Bar. POSITION IDEAL REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant, bar, or resort environment. - Established work record with a demonstrated ability to have held a position with a previous employer for at least 1 full year. - Willingness to accept detailed structures, protocols, and procedures used by Grill 225 and the Pavilion Bar to ensure consistent and quality guest interactions. - Knowledge of wine and various types of liquors. Attention to detail and understanding of table service etiquette. COMPENSATION: Historically, our bartenders earn $75,000 - $125,000+ Annually for full-time staff members.
