Responsibilities: Recruit new students for school programs through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives Evaluate and assess students’ English proficiency and progress Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for school programs and events Manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms Design visually appealing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and event graphics Maintain and update the school website and other marketing content Coordinate students’ academic progress in collaboration with other teachers Design and prepare syllabi and lesson plans for assigned ESL classes Provide administrative support to the Director, assisting with scheduling, communications, and daily operations Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Experience: At least six months of ESL or related teaching and administrative experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and basic graphic design preferred Passion for education and supporting students’ language learning journey
