Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s event experience. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and during the event itself. Collaborate with catering teams, banquet staff, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of events. Develop marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance. Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and event details for future reference. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus; experience in restaurants or hotels is beneficial. Familiarity with budgeting processes related to event management. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fundraising or marketing for events is advantageous. A passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests. Kassirer Sports is run by a former professional Wimbledon tennis player. We are hiring Soccer, Tennis, Pickleball and Track&Field Coaches to teach youth ages 6-10. We provide after school sports at local elementary schools during the school year! Our schools are primarily in Folsom, Rocklin and Orangevale. We are hiring coaches to coach in ongoing sessions and start after winter break in January. Coaches drive to elementary schools to teach group classes to grades 1-5, after school dismissal. Each shift is 1.25 hours. We are hiring coaches to coach classes starting in September.
