Responsibilities: - Manage daily field operations: insulation removal/installation, attic sealing, radiant barrier, and solar fans. - Supervise, train, and hold crews accountable to company standards. - Ensure all jobs are logged and tracked in FieldPulse CRM. - Protect profitability through job planning, inventory management, and cost control. - Maintain customer satisfaction, handling any escalations with professionalism. - Lead with integrity, ensuring the company’s values of service, problem-solving, and customer trust are lived out. - Conduct in-home estimates and represent the company professionally with homeowners. - Be available to the owner on an on-call basis. Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role. We work all over the metro atlanta area. Prefer contracts for each project but can start day/hourly to see how we work together. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it.
