Higher rate for licensed electricians on electrical jobs. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dynamic Lead Sauna Installer / Crew Manager to oversee and execute the professional installation of custom and pre-fabricated saunas across the Front Range and Mountain regions of Colorado (from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, Metro to Mountains). This role requires a unique blend of carpentry knowledge, electrical knowledge, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate must be a proactive problem-solver—someone who can "think on their feet" to manage site-specific challenges and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installation & Technical Execution Lead Hands-on Installation: Direct and participate in all phases of sauna installation, including framing, paneling, bench construction, and final finishing. Carpentry knowledge is helpful and general familiarity will go far, but 85% of installs will be pre-fab DIY units which come with pre-cut and labeled parts and detailed instructions and videos. Electrical Installation & Compliance: Perform or oversee all necessary electrical wiring for sauna heaters, controls, and lighting. A strong working knowledge of residential electrical is required; a Licensed Electrician is a huge advantage and will receive premium rates for electrical-heavy projects. Quality Control & Problem Solving: Serve as the final authority on site quality. Proactively identify and resolve technical, logistical, or structural challenges that arise during installation, utilizing on-the-spot critical thinking and ingenuity. Equipment Operation: Safely operate company vehicles and a forklift for the loading, unloading, and staging of materials on job sites. Crew Management & Operations Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a crew of installers, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and professional conduct. This will start small with most likely one person acting as Assistant Installer, but growth is imminent in this space and we are looking for someone to grow with us. Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with management on project timelines, manage daily crew assignments, and ensure all necessary materials and tools are secured for each job. Forklift Operator Experience (Nice to Have): Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials. This is trainable.
