Able to help technicians over the phone or in person during after hours. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills Master Mechanical License required. 10+ years of experience in a HVAC role. Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth within your team. Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. Strong work ethic and self-motivated Ability to ensure policies and processes are being followed. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Clean appearance Timely and dependable Will be subject to drug testing and/or background check.
