What You Bring Experience: Proven, professional experience as a bicycle mechanic (2+ years preferred). Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern drivetrain systems (SRAM/Shimano), suspension technology (Fox/RockShox), hydraulic disc brakes, and tubeless setups. E-bike experience is a huge plus!
