This position requires a person who does quality work and has customer service skills. Ideally, someone who is skilled in all aspects of home repair, but we do love working with people that may only be SUPER SKILLED in one or two areas as well. Company does mostly service and residential jobs, but commercial experience is helpful. Looking for hardworking team members that want to control their income. Facilities Maintenance Technician - HVAC Anticipated Starting Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Starting Salary Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience The State Corporation Commission (SCC) seeks a customer-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our facilities. Joining an existing team of facilities staff, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will assist in day-to-day activities operations of SCC facilities (mainly our Tyler Building) and perform facilities operations support, including renovations, preventative maintenance services, repairs, and new system installations in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, waste management, and general maintenance.
