Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and direct daily, weekly, and monthly activities programs for residents. - Lead and facilitate group activities such as exercise classes, arts & crafts, music programs, games,trivia, storytelling, and social events. - Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings. - Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers, guest speakers, and entertainers. - Conduct one-on-one visits with residents who are homebound or unable to participate in group activities. - Communicate regularly with families, staff, and external partners to encourage participation and gather feedback. - Promote a warm, positive, and inclusive environment for all residents. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (activity supplies, chairs, etc.). - Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents as needed. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for special events.
