We are a local neighborhood contracting company looking for an experienced trades person capable of running small to medium sized projects from start to finish. For now hours are 20-30 per week. This may include framing, drywall, trim, paint, etc... Knowledge of roofing tear off and installs a plus. Thoroughly cleaning all affected areas (remove plastic, mop, remove any debris, etc.) IX. Removing drain caps as well for excess liquids and grease collected from the exhaust hood after cleaning is drained to a trash can and disposed of in the floor sink that is connected to the grease trap. X. Etc. Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Miami Job Corps Center – a student residential training facility located at 3050 NW 183rd St Miami, FL 33056 is currently soliciting written bids for this service.
