We pride ourselves on revitalizing our customers’ worn and aged tile and grout. We sometimes have small tile work needed. Our customers love our cleaning and restoration services we provide on floors, showers and counters. Most of our jobs are in North County San Diego and you will need to drive to each job daily. PART TIME POSITION. TILE AND GROUT OR MAINTENANCE/CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. The current PART-TIME to FULL TIME position is 5 days per week, approximately 8:30am -- 3:30pm or until our job is completed. Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, until you are fully trained and able to take on more work independently. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively and be detailed in their work. Work responsibilities are: - Cleaning and sealing tile and grout on floors, counter tops, showers, etc. in residential and commercial properties. -Use of hand tools - Caulking, grout sealing and possible re-grouting of small areas - Install, reset, repair small tiled and grout areas - Final clean-up and inspection of work - Customer-service oriented Requirements/Qualifications: - Motivated, Reliable, Team Player, Fast Learner - Must be on time to work - Clean appearance - Work independently - Follows Instructions - Strong Attention to Detail - Organized - Takes pride and ownership of work MUST have a valid California driver's license, Reliable working automobile to drive to the job(s) each day, Valid California Auto Insurance, Clean Driving Record, written and spoken English, be physically fit enough to lift 50 pounds. About The Position: Your role centers on the production of textiles, canvas art as well as studio support and upkeep. This includes: - Cutting art down to size - Prep art according to job specs - Excellent measuring skills - Running the UV and Sublimation Machine - Assist with the preparation and execution of applying art to items and pressing this on a heat press. Folding items and preparing them to ship to retailers. - Print art for production - Provide support in various studio tasks, such as organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and cleaning workspaces. - Collaborate with the team to fulfill client orders and meet project deadlines. - Follow established studio procedures to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a safe working environment. -Take initiative and assist in other studio-related activities as needed. - Maintaining office organization systems - Regular cleaning of the studio - Printing and post printing support - Packing and shipping jobs - Ability to lift 50lbs Requirements: - Experience in a production environment a plus - Willing to learn to produce products on a UV and Sublimation Machine - Previous experience in a print shop a plus - An excitement to learn new skills and grow - You have a love for what you do along with a positive "can do" attitude - Independent & proactive, but works with a team mentality - Graphics experience a plus - Extremely detail oriented

The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Diego Area. This position will require a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the project.
