We are currently looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team. This full-time, year-round position offers the opportunity to work under the direction of our Construction Manager, with a start time of 6:45 am from Monday through Friday and potential for overtime. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Minimum of 3 years of hardscape experience, including work with pavers, wall block, masonry, and bluestone. Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship. Ability to organize tools, equipment, and materials effectively. Experience operating machinery such as skid steers, backhoes, and dump trucks. Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift at least 50 lbs. Effective communication skills with supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Snow removal experience is a plus. Must be 18 years or older. Responsibilities Execute proper hardscape construction techniques to ensure high-quality results. Supervise a crew of 2 or more, providing clear direction and leadership. Track job expenses and manage daily timesheets efficiently. Maintain neat and orderly job sites and company vehicles. Ensure punctuality and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
