Experienced Excavator Operator (Fort Mohave)

Location: Various projects across Arizona (not remote) Schedule: Full-time About the Role We’re hiring reliable, safety-minded Excavator Operators for underground utility and mechanical piping projects. You’ll work on active civil sites operating heavy and small equipment to support excavation, pipe installation, backfill, and site restoration. **Preferred: Experience in waterline installation.** What You’ll Do -Safely operate heavy equipment: excavators -Use small tools/equipment: pavement breakers/jackhammers, saws, drills -Assist with trenching, grading, pipe laying, and material handling -Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance -Follow site safety procedures, traffic control, and QA/QC standards -Collaborate with foremen and crew to meet production goals What You Bring -Proven experience in civil construction/underground utilities -Preferred: Experience in waterline installation -Skill operating excavators -Ability to read and follow directions, and work in all weather conditions -Reliable transportation to job sites; punctual and professional -Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation Pay & Benefits -Competitive wages (DOE) -Medical, dental, vision -401(k) -Paid vacation -Out-of-town per diem/comp when applicable -Weekly paychecks — direct deposit How to Apply Please submit your resume directly through Craigslist.
