I am looking for an EXPERIENCED part time house cleaner. Most of the jobs are in West Roseville and North Natomas and a few in between those areas. It pays by the job but averages between 20-30 per hour. You are paid as a contractor and will get a 1099 instead of a W2. You also need to have your own supplies and equipment. I usually schedule you for 2 jobs each day and most (not all) but most of the time they are in the same neighborhood. Depending on customer request, most of the time you start the first one at 9:00 and the 2nd one at around 11:30. Most of our jobs are in 55+ communities so they are single story and easy to clean. The Project Manager is a mid-management classification that functions as a facilities manager. Within established policies and procedures, the incumbent works with a high degree of independence in identifying and implementing management projects and establishing priorities. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible to set up and operates a CNC Brake Press to manufacture parts from sheet metal. Prepares, sets up, and adjusts brake press as required by product plans and production schedules. Shift: Day shift, 7am Pay: $24-$28 an hour, Depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Brake Press. Read and interpret Blueprints Use measuring tools, calipers, tape measure. Recognize different material type/gauge. Check work for accuracy and completeness. Follow standard shop practices and verbal instructions. Must be able to understand established procedures and work instructions. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-60 lbs. Report any mechanical issues to maintenance supervisors Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 3 years of CNC Brake Press Operator experience Ability to read and understand documents written in standard English Be safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable and reliable Set up and operate CNC Press Brake Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers Read and interpret blueprints Apply shop math for accurate production Qualified candidate must be able to work full-time day shift hours.
