We are searching for a skilled detailer to add to our team. In this position, it will be your job to perform a variety of cleaning services to the interiors and exteriors of our fleet vehicles. Your duties will include performing basic inspections and washing vans. In addition, you will also be tasked with vacuuming, deodorizing the interiors of vans, and more. Pressure washer and other supplies are provided. To do well in this position, you will need to be physically capable of performing manual labor while standing for the majority of your shifts. You should also have the ability to do quality work with minimal supervision. We prefer candidates who have previous experience with detailing cars. Van Detailer Responsibilities: -Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods -Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our vans if requested -Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed -Assist us in the management of inventory and reordering of supplies Van Detailer Requirements: -This is a part time position. Must be available weekends. -Must be 21+ -Must have a valid drivers license -Must be willing to submit to background check -High school diploma or equivalent -Previous experience with cars is preferred -Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on staffing needs -Willingness to comply with all company procedures and policies -Ability to use a variety of car cleaning products and tools

Life Cycle Project Manager
Summary: Seeking a skilled Project Manager (life cycle PM) to support the delivery of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP and/or non-CIP projects. Responsible for managing projects throughout all phases of a project, including, but not limited to, business case development for project initiation, study, design, construction, procurement, operations turnover and project closeout. A life cycle PM may manage projects related to our water resource recovery facility (WRRF), our combined sewer overflow (CSO) facilities, our sewage pumping stations (SPS), or our regional wastewater collection system (RWCS). Job Responsibilities:  Communicate with and manage the project activities of all project stakeholders, all project disciplines, and regulatory agencies or authorities having jurisdiction.
