Redding retailer seeks Sales Representative for outstanding full-time opportunity! Bring your customer service and sales skills and join the team! What's it all about: Office furniture sales, prospecting online and maintaining showroom Duties and required skills: Ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers in a showroom environment. Requires taking initiative to generate new business. Greet and assist walk-in customers, provide product knowledge and design solutions. Actively pursue new sales opportunities calls, networking and other outreach. Develop in-depth knowledge of furniture products and services to provide for customers. Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and contracts. Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication to build long-term relationships. Proactively generate business by making calls, emails, and utilizing other prospecting methods Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales goals. Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities. Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and take initiative to find new business opportunities. Comfortable making outbound calls and networking to build relationships. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously. Basic computer skills.
