Joodooboo is a California Dooboo & Banchan Shop. Our production is dynamic & constant. We work with the best of local & seasonal produce from our favorite farms, and do our best to provide our community with warmth, flavor pleasure, nutrition, and jiggles. We've been growing steadily and are looking to hire an experienced cook to be our new Banchan maker for the following: - Manage Banchan production in collaboration with Steve & management. - Once learning the palate of the shop, being able to add to our ever-expanding Banchan repertoire. We value: - character over talent (though talent is important) - curiosity over knowledge (though knowledge is important) - understanding over verboseness. Friends, Pearl 6101 is looking for a hardworking food runner with a lot of hustle and attention to detail. Responsibilities include the following: running food, running drinks, replenishing mis en place, clearing and resetting tables, dessert plating, polishing glassware, and assisting floor, bar, and management staff. Shifts are approximately from 4:30 pm until 9:30 pm and we are looking for someone to work 3 days a week with flexibility on scheduling. We are hoping to fill Sunday-Tuesday at this time. Hourly rate combining tip out and wage is a flat rate of $35 per hour. This is an excellent gig for students or someone with pretty serious daytime commitments looking to hustle and make some money on the side.
