The Role We're seeking experienced Wellness Bar Associates to join our dynamic front-of-house team. You'll work under our Front of House Team Manager and Wellness Bar Team Leader, crafting exceptional wellness beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in our bustling plaza location. As a Butcher at The Local General Store, you will be at the cutting edge of whole animal butchery in Hawaii. You will work with whole carcass beef, pork, venison, lamb, and chicken from local ranchers. Using knives, saws, meat grinders and other tools, you will break each carcass down, weigh and portion a variety of raw cuts of meat while following Department of Health sanitation guidelines. With this meat, you will also be creating an eye-catching display to entice customers. You must also be willing to carve out time to engage with customers about our meats and what sets us apart.
