Primary Job Functions: Cover the reception desk and greet Adult Day Care Center guests and participants Making calls in two languages (English, Spanish): confirm attendance, services delivery Answer phone, transfer calls to right departments. Help with marketing by phone: answer general questions about services provided at Adult Day Care Center, encourage people to come here. Looking for PT /FT receptionist for a dental office in Storrs. Monday-Thursday 8-5PM.Will train.

Part time front desk/receptionist. Greeting all examinees, making copies of ID's, handling medical records, scanning documents, answering phone calls, working closely with physicians, clean exam rooms, other admin duties needed. 25-30 hours per week. Monday through Thursday. No Fridays. Some half days and some full days, depending on the doctors schedules.
