Lovelace Properties is a locally owned property management company doing business since 1996. We currently operate 9 affordable housing properties in Oregon. Lovelace Properties is currently hiring a part-time qualified candidate to help with receptionist and administrative work. Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work with a team, are detail oriented, can multi-task, prioritize duties and can communicate with our residents professionally. Primary responsibilities are answering phones, filing, incoming/outgoing mail, managing supply orders and deliveries. Will help the manager with various tasks throughout the year. Learning the tenant certification process and property management software will be part of the job. Computer skills with Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook) are required. A strong internet knowledge is also needed. Education: High School Diploma or GED Must pass a Drug Screening (pre-employment)
