Our high volume means you work every day! Motivated individuals can earn over $100,000 a year. Installers are independent contractors (1099) -- we supply all jobs and materials, you supply tools and transportation. Any work done without our approval will result in no payment and may lead to legal or financial penalties. Labor payments will be made every Thursday via Direct Deposit only. All materials will be provided or paid for by us, even if the cost is minimal. 3. Inspection & Photo Requirements: Upon arrival at the property, send a front picture of the property immediately. Provide before pictures for inspection purposes — minimum 15 detailed pictures per work order. Submit a written inspection report with separate labor and material costs listed. 4. Approval Process: Allow 10 minutes for our team to review and process approvals after submission. Work can only proceed after approval is granted.
