Education and Experience • Experience on single and multi-family residential projects. • Ability to communicate to installers, builders, building inspectors and homeowners install methods and code. • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to be a self-starter. • Ability to multi-task. • Five years in the Electrical trade preferred • Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents, • Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer skills with Excel competency. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Team player • Attention to detail. • Dependable and Punctual.
