Metal Stud Framing & Drywall Foreman (MA / NH)

We clean chimneys in apartment communities. We clean from the roof. We don't go inside. We use a patented system. You will need good ladder climbing skills and no fear of heights. Good skills with cordless drills and Sheet Metal. We will travel. We will go to Indianapolis, Chicago Milwaukee Cincinnati. I will pay for good hotel rooms and three meals a day. We will travel in a nice Tahoe. I need four people. Bring a friend. I will pay anyone extra who brings some body that can do the job. 2-3 weeks only.

Physical Requirements: • Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.) • Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing, restoring and caulking • Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Additional Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license & insurance and reliable transportation. • Must have basic hand tools. • Must have logical decision-making skills. • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. • Must be willing and able to follow directions, processes, and instructions as provided. Duties - Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects - Perform minor carpentry work related to painting projects - Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines Skills - Proficiency in drywall repair and installation - Ability to maintain and repair painting equipment - Experience in fixture installation for accurate painting around objects - Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques - Proficient in trim carpentry for precise finishing touches - Carpentry skills to assist with various tasks related to painting

This position is responsible for installing gutters/soffit/fascia/wrap on residential homes and some commercial buildings, and to provide an excellent customer experience. Our work is primarily in Livingston County, Oakland County, Detroit, and Downriver (Wayne County). Pay is excellent and very competitive for this kind of work! You don't need experience with gutter protection to qualify for this position; as we will train you in that regard, but you MUST have experience in a construction related field.
