Experienced, well-established excavation contractor seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman for residential home excavation in the Portland Metro area. Become a new member of a great team! The applicant should be an experienced operator that is well versed in residential house dig outs, basements, grading and utilities. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter. We are looking for an operator who can perform lay out, read elevations and survey markers, install all underground utilities including complete storm systems, rain drains, sewer lines, power and communication conduits, excavate foundations, and perform all types of grading. Minimum 3 years operator experience with residential excavation. We offer excellent pay, company vehicle, retirement program, health insurance, sick pay, and paid vacation. Seeking a new skilled Welder with attention to detail that is able to jump right into smaller rail type fab. We work (4) - 10s with OT currently available. Private, easy going shop. Wages experience dependent. Requirements: Valid Driver's License Basic cutting/hand tool experience GMAW (MIG) proficiency Print Reading Integrity Punctuality Problem solving skills. Weld Certs. are great but not required. We need help in the shop but you will eventually also be installing and working other areas of the shop. Thanks!
