Full or Part-time position available for a porter/lot attendant. Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the inventory, as well as the grounds. Mowing and trimming also part of the position as well as other miscellaneous duties. Must have an excellent driving record.

General Duties: - Making sure people are following company rules. - Ensuring the yards are kept clean and that all company property is accounted for during each shift. - More specific duties include directing material handlers - Performing check-in/check-out procedures with crews - Reporting vehicle issues to the fleet team - Assisting with material distribution - Maintaining a spreadsheet of data regarding materials This position is in frequent communication with the dispatchers, the branch fleet manager, as well as personnel at our corporate office.
