Water Restoration Lead Technician – Full-Time About Us: Leader Restoration is a well-established and growing restoration company serving the South Bay Area. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Water Restoration Lead Technician to join our team and help make a difference for customers in need. Job Summary As a Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in restoring homes and businesses impacted by water, mold, and other types of property damage. This position involves working in a variety of environments—including crawlspaces and attics—to install moisture barriers, insulation, and perform other restoration tasks. We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical labor in tight or low-clearance spaces.
