Our company is called Picnic Deliveries. We offer zero tipping and zero fee delivery to office buildings in El Segundo/Torrance area. We pay $30 for the delivery. One pickup location and 1-2 locations that takes less than an hour! Job Description: -Pick up orders at our cloud kitchen in Lawndale at 16711 Hawthorne Blvd, Lawndale - Picnic Lawndale Facility We will provide catering bags and all necessary equipment needed. You will pick up the orders and then scan them with our Picnic App and then proceed to deliver to various businesses located in the El Segundo/Torrance area. When you arrive you will dropoff to the designated Picnic area, mark the orders as delivered and that's it! 11am-12pm delivery *Some days there may not be any orders, we will STILL pay you $30 for showing up and being on the ready!!! WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO HERE - Keep shots on recipe by weight/time; micro-adjust all day (grind, dose, yield, temp). - Taste your work. If it’s off, fix it. We don’t serve "good enough." - Milk = true microfoam, proper temp, smooth mouthfeel. Latte art expected. - Keep the bar tight: purge, rinse, backflush, wipe, repeat. Clean burrs/baskets/screens. - Be great with guests without cutting corners. As a bartender specializing in beer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while showcasing your knowledge and passion for hospitality and beers. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Service:** - Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations about beer preferences. - Provide recommendations based on customers' tastes and preferences. - Ensure timely and accurate service to maintain customer satisfaction. - Settle customer transactions timely and correctly. 2. **Beer Knowledge:** - Have an understanding of different beer styles and flavor profiles. - Ability to describe and recommend beers based on customer inquiries. - Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal offerings, and special releases. 3. **Bartending Skills:** - Prepare and serve a variety of beers on tap and in bottles/cans. - Pour beers with proper technique to ensure optimal taste and presentation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, floor drains, shelving, taps, barware, and glassware. 4. **Teamwork:** - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. - Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining par levels of beer supplies. - Work together to handle busy periods and maintain high standards of service. 5. **Regulatory Compliance:** - Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. - Verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage customers when necessary. - Must be in possession of a valid CA food handlers card and a valid CA RBS Certification through the the ABC. 6. **Upselling and Promotion:** - Promote featured beers, special events, and promotions to increase sales. - Upsell premium or seasonal beers and encourage customers to try new offerings. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on beer. - Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy cases of beer and change kegs. - Valid CA Food Handlers Card - Valid RBS Certification from the ABC Interested in applying?
