Apartment Building in search for an evening and weekend shifts for a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist. Additional shifts available on fill-in basis. Duties includes: - Answering telephone and logging messages - Interacting with visitors via intercom - Interacting with tenants by phone and in person - Communicating maintenanace requests with maintenance staff via 2way radio - Monitoring security camera and emergency alert panels - Walking the property to ensure building is secure - Interacting with emergency responders Must have good customer service skills, be reliable and able to stay awake during work shift.
