Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM We are a commercial painting company looking for a motivated, dependable Warehouse Manager/Shop Manager to join our team. This role is focused on managing warehouse operations — not managing any employees. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Open and prepare the shop and office daily Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers Deliver materials and supplies to jobsites Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space for efficient inventory management Order and stock all standard supplies and special materials as needed Test all equipment before it leaves and upon its return to the shop Maintain and clean office space as necessary Qualifications: Previous warehouse or shop management experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety in all operations Valid Driver’s License required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus If you’re reliable, organized, and ready to contribute to a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you!
