




We are a small organic orchard and farm (church-related project) looking for a reliable, hands-on worker to help us care for our young fruit trees until they begin producing. This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week) with the possibility of expanded hours as the farm grows. What We’re Looking For: • Someone with a green thumb who loves working with plants • Experience in orchards, nurseries, or farming (must recognize when plants are healthy vs. stressed) • Comfortable with watering, mulching, pruning, weeding, and pest monitoring • Can work independently and take pride in keeping plants thriving • Bonus: Husband-wife or father-son teams welcome (we will need more help during harvests) Duties Include: • Caring for 1–2 year old orchard trees (watering, feeding, pruning, staking) • Weed control and mulching • Monitoring and reporting pests/disease problems • Helping improve soil and tree health with organic practices • Occasional general farm help as needed Hours & Pay: • Part-time: 2–3 days/week (flexible schedule) • Fair hourly pay or stipend (based on experience) • Long-term potential: By next year we may offer simple living accommodations on the farm as part of salary/benefits About Us: This is an organic, regenerative farm built around community values.
