Our mission is to deliver a superior experience in safety, support, and satisfaction for every client we serve. Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8am-1pm | Friday 2pm-7pm. Key Responsibilities: Open and prepare the office each morning (lights, thermostats, coffee, readiness checks). Conduct quick walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and address any immediate issues. Maintain meeting rooms and common areas for a professional, guest-ready appearance. Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Support employees with general office needs, supplies, and vendor coordination. Monitor and restock kitchen and office supplies as needed throughout the day. Help maintain a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace culture. Who You Are: Friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong multitasker who takes initiative and solves problems quickly. Comfortable working on-site and engaging with employees and guests throughout the day. Prior experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support is a plus. Able to pass a background check. Able and willing to commute to San Francisco's Mission District.
