Open Call: Friday, October 3rd, 10am-12pm Monday, October 6th 12pm-1pm When you arrive, please head to the Lobby Bar located on the 1st floor and ask to speak with a manager. Please bring ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US. Job Description: The cleanliness of all seating areas throughout the market including - communal tables, kiosk counters, bar tables and outdoor patios. Ensuring all areas will be constantly monitored so that guest trays and it’s contents can be cleared and promptly clean tables/countertops for reuse. Transporting plateware, silverware, glassware and trays to the dish wash area on a regular basis, ensuring that all items can be cleaned and ready for service. Keeping all concessions stocked with the plateware, silverware, napkins and trays that they require for service. The general tidiness and cleanliness of all foot flow areas around communal tables, in front of concessions and all bars. Sweeping should be conducted on a scheduled basis, as well as on an as needed basis. Restrooms will be checked for cleanliness and replenished with supplies on a regular basis. Spillage will be a regular occurrence, and for the hazard of slips and falls, it will need to be dealt with promptly. If you come across a spill, alert a manager and remain by the spill until assistance arrives with mop/dry cloths.
