Additional responsibilities include receiving inspection of purchased materials and outsourced processes to verify compliance with quality standards and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily in-process inspections on small, intricate parts (lengths ranging from 0.25” to 4.00”; material thickness from 0.002” to 0.063”) with tight tolerances (+/- 0.002” to +/- 0.010”). • Conduct First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections. • Complete and maintain inspection reports, Corrective Actions, Certificates of Conformance, and other customer-required quality documentation. • Inspect incoming materials, outsource parts, and certifications. • Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, and Keyence measurement system. • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings. • Collaborate with production and office personnel to address nonconformances.
